- news updated 15.01.12 In 2012 I am happy to announce a new project with fellow percussionsits; Enrico Malatesta, Christian Wolfahrt, Michael Vorveld and Burkhard Beins. We will start working in Berlin in January and continue in Brussels in april. Hopefully more concerts will come up during the year. - Dans les arbres had a wonderful and active year in 2011 and in 2012 our second cd will be released on ECM (date TBA). Working on concerts adn tours at the moment. More news later. - Huntsville has a short tour in Europe in January/February, and we are recording a new album in June for Hubro. More later. - LabField is working on a new album as well together with Giuseppe Ielasi and Miguel Angel Tolosa. It's going to be quite different than the two previous cd's. More news later. - MURAL had a great year too in 2011, with the release of the "live at the Rothko Chapel" disc and the tours in United States, Colombia and Chile. In 2012 we will go to Beirut, Lebanon for the Irtijal festival to play as a trio and with Alessandra Rombolá and Esteban Algora. More gigs coming up in the autumn in Europe as well. Stay tuned. - Otherwise I'll be working on several new solo projects, and also continuing the collaboration with Miguel Angel Tolosa here in Madrid. I will also be involved in Jon Balke's project Batagraf with the Trondheim Voices during this spring with a tour in Norway in may/june.
